How far in advance should I reserve my rental?
We typically set our delivery schedule 2-3 days before drop off, especially for the weekend. However, we try to be as flexible as possible, so contact us any time at 402-210-6758 and we will do our best to accommodate you. 
Do you require a deposit?

We require a $50 deposit when renting a bounce house. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the reservation upon delivery if not paid in full ahead of booking.

If we deem it necessary, at any other time, we reserve the right to require a deposit.
When is payment due?

Deposit and/or full payment is required at the time of booking. Whether online or over the phone.

If you pay the deposit only at time of booking, the remaining payment will be charged to your card on file/or will be required via Venmo or Paypal the day before your event.

​We accept Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
 
Cash: If your preference is to pay in cash, please contact us directly at 402-210-6758.
 
Checks: We only accept checks from businesses, religious organizations and schools. We do not accept personal checks.
Can I keep the bounce house overnight?
Rentals typically run from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
 
If you require an overnight rental, a $50 overnight fee will be added.
 
The overnight fee is waived if you decide to rent for more than one day. 
What if there is inclement weather on my rental day?
We understand that weather plays a big part on your event day. We monitor weather closely throughout our season and will contact you if we will not be able to deliver your inflatable.
 
We will try to reschedule for a more convenient time, or we will refund your payment.
 
Occasionally, we must pick up the inflatable earlier than expected due to impending storms. We will work with you to try and provide as much rental time as possible.
What is included?

Delivery (if within the identified zip codes under Delivery), set up of rental items, pick up of rental items, tarps, extension cords, stakes, blowers, sandbags (if needed) and any additional items required or rented through us for your event.

Location Requirements

We will need a clean and clear path to access the location of where you would like your inflatable set up.

Ground requirements: The set-up location will need to be clear of rocks, sticks, any pointy objects, pet droppings, toys, etc. 

The set-up location will need to be mostly flat with only a minimal slope.

We do not set up on sand and dirt.

We are able to set up in driveways. Please indicate this in the notes section during your booking as we will need to make additional arrangements to secure your inflatable.

Overhead clearance: Please note the height of the inflatable and ensure there are no low hanging branches, power lines, or roof eaves that will inhibit the set up of your unit.

Block and street parties: Please indicate this in the notes section during your booking as we will need to make additional arrangements to secure your inflatable.

 

What is your cancelation policy?

We understand things come up and you may need to cancel. It is your responsibility to contact us and cancel no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you cancel within the 2-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.

Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free within these zip codes (68007, 68142, 68134, 68164, 68116, 68118, 68154, 68114, 68124, 68144, 68040, 68130, 68135, 68138, 68128, 68117, 68157, 68046, 68133). Any location outside of these zip codes, please give us a call 402-210-6758 to discuss.

How many kids can jump on the bounce house at one time?
We recommend 6-7 children enjoy bouncing at one time. However, weight does play a factor. Larger kids should not jump with smaller kids to avoid injury.
 
Do you have water slides?
We do carry water slides and combo bounce houses that can be used for wet play. We may require additional time between rentals for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
